UNRIVALLED AFTER CARE & SUPPORT
Although we will undertake projects across Gloucestershire and the South West, JSE has now reduced our primary work radius to 20 miles of Stroud. This allows the team to be able to provide top quality care and support for our customers.
In addition, JSE's installations come with a standard 5-year warranty for all of our work, and solar and battery systems that we install come with up to 15 year's product warranty, which is specific to each manufacturer.
ACCREDITATIONS
JSE Group holds full Approved Contractor status with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC). This means that we can design, install and test our own work and also complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). We are also registered with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) to complete Solar PV Panel installations, and supply and install battery storage systems. For fire alarms, we are able to design, install and maintain all domestic and commercial grade fire alarms.
CHARITABLE WORK
Over the years, JSE has completed many charitable jobs to help the local community. We have fitted over 20 Community Public Access Defibrillators (CPADs) in Gloucestershire, and we have also contributed to running the electrical works and project management for two 'DIY SOS' projects on BBC TV.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
JSE's management team have over 30 years of project management and scheduling experience. If a customer has multiple trades working on their project, it's important to get the right trades on site at the right time to keep costs down and help projects stay on budget. We can help with this.
TRAINING
The JSE team sets Continuous Personal Development (CPD) at its core. All of our team members complete hours of manufacturer-specific training for all of our preferred brands. Most brands evolve their training on a monthly basis, so this can be hard work to keep up. However, we are committed to making sure all our engineers' skills are completely up-to-date.
DOCUMENTATION
Every electrical circuit that we installed or alter has a certificate.
Any new circuits that are installed are notified to building control.
This is the process that all electrical contractors are supposed to follow.
All of our electrical work is documented & recorded.
On completion of each job or project, we send you copies of all of the relevant documentation, as required by building control and UKAS.
UKAS is the governing body which sets the standards that contractors must work to in the UK.
